Rikyucha (利休茶), a brownish color with deep green undertones, is named after Sen Rikyu (千利休), the grand master of the Japanese tea ceremony. The color embodies Rikyu's aesthetic philosophy of rusticity. Its understated elegance makes it perfect for everyday writing, carrying both a sense of historical depth and modest beauty.

What is Shikiori?

Shiki-ori (四季織) means "four seasons weaving". It is one of Sailor's most iconic collections. The changing seasons are both a daily reality and an eternal source of inspiration for art and poetry. Sailor embraces these seasonal themes, creating colors inspired by traditional Japanese natural landscapes and literary imagery, bringing these wonderfully varied hues into our writing lives.
