📦 Shipping Policy

Gather Box orders follow the same shipping rates and free shipping thresholds as regular orders. For full details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

⏳ Order Cancellation Period

We offer a 72-hour unconditional cancellation window for each Gather Box order. Within this period, you may request to cancel your entire order or remove specific items, no questions asked.

💰 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the Gather Box service, we are unable to offer cash refunds after the 72-hour cancellation window.

However, from 72 hours after purchase until 14 days after you receive your box, you may still request to return or cancel items for personal reasons. In these cases, we will issue store points equal to the item’s value to your account. These points can be used towards any future purchase.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, you are entitled to a full cash refund or replacement in accordance with our standard Return Policy.

📬 Box Closure and Shipping

Please respond to our box closure email and, if applicable, complete the shipping payment in a timely manner.
We will only ship your box after receiving your confirmation.

If we don’t receive a response, we’ll hold your box for an additional 30 days. After that period, your order will be cancelled without refund, as resources have already been committed to storing and managing your items.

🏷️ Price Adjustments

We can’t guarantee that items in your Gather Box won’t go on sale before shipping, and we’re unable to notify customers individually about such changes.

However, if you notice that an item in your box is currently on sale, feel free to contact us — we are happy to refund the difference so you always receive the best available price.
