How to Redeem Discount Coupons with My Points

Types of Coupons Available

1. Percentage Discount Coupons

Allows you to apply a certain percentage off your entire order.

2. Fixed Amount Discount Coupons

Lets you deduct a fixed monetary amount directly from your order.

You can choose to redeem either of these coupon types based on your personal preference or current needs.

How to Redeem Your Points

1. Access the Redeem Page

Log into your member account and navigate to the Loyalty program - Redeem tab. You will see a list of discount coupons that can be redeemed with points.

2. Select Your Desired Coupon

• Percentage Discount: For example, you might see a “10% Off Discount” costing a set number of points.

• Amount Discount: This is a dynamic coupon that allows you to spend as many points as you want and get a matching discount off your order.

3. How to Redeem a Dynamic Amount Discount Coupon

• When you click on Redeem for the Amount Discount, you will see a slider.

• Adjust the Slider to select how many points you want to spend. As you move the slider, the discount amount changes accordingly.

• Once you’re happy with the points you’re spending and the corresponding discount, click Redeem to confirm.

4. Find Your Coupons in the Wallet

After redeeming, your new discount coupons will appear in your Wallet.

• From your Wallet, you can click Apply to automatically add the coupon to your shopping cart.

• Alternatively, you can copy the coupon code and enter it manually at checkout.

Important Notes

1. Account-specific Coupons

Discount coupons can only be used by the member account that redeemed them and are not transferable between accounts.

2. Exclusions

Coupons only apply to the items in your order and cannot be used toward shipping fees.

3. Validity

Discount coupons redeemed with points have no expiration date. Each coupon can be used once and will be automatically voided after use.
