The right page is left open for journaling, sketches, brainstorming, or anything else you want to record. The ruled layout printed on the reverse side shows through faintly, providing a subtle guide while writing.

Along the edge of the pages are 12 guide marks, making it easy to apply the included monthly index stickers evenly throughout the notebook.
