Kanmido Maco is a clever little tool that lets you turn washi tapes into compact mini rolls and carry them in a pen-shaped holder. Designed for journal and washi tape lovers, it makes it easy to keep your favorite tapes close at hand wherever you go.

Maco is designed to hold four 15 mm washi tape rolls,** as 15 mm is the most common width for Japanese washi tape. The set includes one extra tape core, allowing you to prepare an additional mini roll and keep it inside the holder as a spare. See the guide video in the product image gallery for instructions on making mini rolls, loading and replacing tape rolls, and using Maco.

The pen-shaped case slips easily into a pen case or pocket while protecting the sides of the tape rolls from dust. A built-in cutting edge lets you tear off tape cleanly, and the loop at one end makes it easy to attach Maco to a bag, keyring, or pegboard for quick access.

If you'd like to prepare more mini rolls, additional Maco tape cores are available separately, so you can keep more of your favorite washi tapes ready to swap into the holder whenever you like.
