Active Corporation × Toshinori Mori Tabineko Winter Postcard - An Afternoon in Nekomachi

[Description]

This postcard set is from the Tabineko series by Japanese artist Toshinori Mori.

“Tabineko” means “travelling cats,” and this winter series follows cats on their journeys through Japan in winter. They pass snow-covered shrines, traditional sake breweries, and quiet towns glowing softly beneath the stars. Along the way, they even stop to send postcards, and wait out the snowfall beneath a tiny forest shrine.

With its slightly nostalgic illustration style, each scene captures a little of the peaceful charm of winter in Japan. A lovely choice for collecting, sending to friends, decorating a wall, or giving as a small Japanese gift.
