Delay Notice: Temporary Shipping Delay During Office Relocation (Feb 6–11)

Dear customers,

To create a better working environment and allow more room for growth, Paper Whisper is currently relocating to a new office. As this move involves large-scale packing and transferring of inventory, we will temporarily suspend shipping during this period.

Shipping schedule update

Orders placed between 00:00 on Friday, 6 February (GMT+1) and 24:00 on Wednesday, 11 February will begin shipping from Thursday, 12 February, and will be dispatched in the order they are processed.

Please note that order processing may remain slightly slower after shipping resumes on 12 February, as the new office may need some additional time to return to full operation. We expect to resume our usual dispatch timeframe of up to 48 hours after 16 February.
