Pre-order Policy

Before placing a pre-order, please take a moment to read our pre-order policy. If you have any questions or need help, feel free to contact us at support@paperwhisper.com.

Shipping Time

Every pre-order item page includes an estimated shipping window provided by our manufacturers and suppliers. We always do our best to ship within this timeframe. However, if there are unexpected delays on the manufacturer’ or suppliers’ side, we will email you right away with an updated timeline and ensure your order ships as soon as possible.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, we’ll hold the entire order and ship everything together once the pre-order item arrives. If you'd like to receive the in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Combine Pre-orders into Your Gather Box

For pre-order items, we do not offer the Gather Box as a shipping method. This is because pre-order waiting periods can sometimes exceed our gather box's 40-day holding limit, and managing these extended timelines requires extra care and effort.

However, if your pre-order arrives while you still have an open Gather Box, we are more than happy to combine the orders for you and refund the pre-order shipping fee. Just let us know!

Cancellation & Returns

Just like our Gather Box policy, you can cancel any part of your pre-order (including in-stock items in the same order) within 72 hours of placing it. We’ll issue a full refund, no questions asked.

After 72 hours:

• For non-time-sensitive items: We’ll refund the full value in the form of store points, which you can use like cash on any future order. No minimum spend, no expiry. You can learn more about how our points system works on your account page.
• For time-sensitive items: This includes products like calendars, dated notebooks, and seasonal or holiday-themed items, where the timing of the sale is crucial. If you need to cancel these items after 72 hours, we’ll refund 50% of the product value in store points. We appreciate your understanding.
